1.	Like the United States, Israel is a democracy where Christians, Muslims and Jews enjoy freedom of religion, speech, the right to vote and other civil liberties. Millions of Arab-Israeli citizens have more rights in Israel than they would in any other Arab country. Israel's Parliament and Supreme Court includes men, women, Jews, and Arabs.
2.	In 1983 the Iran-funded Islamist terrorist organization, Hezbollah, murdered 241 U.S. Marines in Beirut, Lebanon while the Marines slept in their barracks.
3.	Israel voluntarily removed, sometimes forcibly expelled, every Jewish citizen from the Gaza strip in 2005 giving full control to the Palestinian-Arabs in hopes of peace. The terrorist organization Hamas now controls Gaza and launches missiles into Israel on a daily basis.
4.	On September 11th, 2001, Al Qaeda, an international alliance of Islamic militant terrorist organizations, attacked the U.S. Al Qaeda's stated aims are to drive Americans out of all Muslim nations, destroy Israel, topple pro-Western dictatorships around the Middle East and then install fundamentalist Islamic rule throughout the region and world.
5.	Israel was not created by European Jews. There has been a continuous Jewish presence in the land of Israel and in the Middle East for more than 3,000 years.
6.	Hezbollah, the largest terror organization in the world, and funded by Iran, crossed an internationally recognized border to kidnap and kill Israeli soldiers and launched missiles – unprovoked - into Israel from southern Lebanon to start the war in July 2006.
7.	Palestinian Arabs were offered their own state, side-by-side with Israel in 1947 by the United Nations partition plan (resolution 181). This offer was rejected by the Arabs in Palestine and neighboring Arab states and followed with attacks by 5 Arab armies on Israel's Independence Day. At this time, more Jews were expelled from Arab Nations than Arabs displaced from Israeli territory.
8.	Fatah, the organization currently headed by Mahmoud Abbas, was founded by arch Terrorist Yasser Arafat, has killed 463 people over the last 40 years, and continues to oversee terrorist activity.
9.	In the summer of 2000, Israel offered the Palestinian Arabs 97% of the land they claim to be fighting for, making Israel the first and only country ever to offer the Palestinian Arabs a homeland. This offer was rejected with no counter-offer from the Palestinians.
10.	Three major attempts to destroy Israel have been carried out by the Arab World: in 1947, 1967, and 1973. Although many neighboring Arab countries today still wish to destroy Israel, Israel still seeks peace. Israel has forged peace agreements with Egypt (1979) and Jordan (1994), and has lived in peace with these countries ever since.
